
Without a doubt, walking the extra mile is sure fun. But wait a minute, I just finished helping out a customer as I am writing this post and wow, I feel exhausted. Feels like I ran an Olympic size oval for ten times and I ran out of air and some body fluids. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. And another one. Hahaha!
Yeah, I never thought that “walking the extra mile” can actually burnt so much energy. Maybe that is why it is good for one’s health. It really has the power to put your stored energy in use, which according to many, improve the body’s immune system and in turn raises one’s well being. I’ve read so many articles about it.
Oh well then, I should be doing this more often from now on. I need to be healthy. Time for me to give some sort of attention to my stomach, it’s starting to bulge. Hahaha!
